Role Purpose

Responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, security, and operational excellence of enterprise infrastructure platforms and services. The role leads infrastructure operations, cloud platform management, service delivery, deployment readiness, automation initiatives, and operational governance while working closely with development, security, and business teams to drive DevOps best practices and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Operations Management
Lead day-to-day Hub infrastructure operations.
Ensure high availability and reliability of infrastructure platforms and services.
Monitor operational health and coordinate incident resolution.
Drive service restoration and root cause analysis for critical issues.

DevOps & Automation Enablement




Promote and implement DevOps practices across infrastructure and application delivery teams.
Drive automation of operational processes, workplace provisioning, configuration management, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with development teams to improve release efficiency, deployment reliability, and operational readiness.
Support CI/CD pipeline governance and ensure adherence to deployment standards and controls.
Identify prospects for infrastructure standardization, self-service capabilities and operational excellence through automation.
