Key Responsibilities
System Maintenance: Monitor BI platform health, handle server performance, and apply updates for tools like Power BI
Troubleshooting: Resolve data refresh failures, access errors, and broken visual elements in reports.
User Support: Assist end-users with report navigation, tool training, and basic dashboard creation queries.
Data Pipelines: Work with SQL and ETL processes to ensure accurate data feeds into analytical tools
Required Skills BI Tools:
Hands-on experience with platforms like Microsoft Power BI - 2 years of experience
SQL: Solid querying skills to inspect data sources and debug backend issues.
PowerBI modelling and optimization of queries
ETL & Data Modeling: Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts and data integration.
