About the Role :

Beatit Entertainment Private Limited is looking for a Client Servicing Manager to manage client
relationships and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate
should have a strong understanding of the Events & Experiential industry, excellent communication skills,and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with clients, brands, and agencies.
Understand client briefs, requirements, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with creative, production, operations, and business development teams.
Handle proposals, presentations, estimates, approvals, and project documentation.
Act as the key point of contact for clients throughout the project.
Manage client feedback, revisions, and expectations.




Ensure projects are delivered on time and as per client requirements.
Build strong relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Attend client meetings, event briefings, and site visits when required.

Required Skills:

Experience in Client Servicing/Account Management, preferably within the Events & Experiential
industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Strong coordination and project management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach.
Good understanding of event execution and production processes.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
