Role & responsibilities
Manage and execute social media activities across relevant platforms.
Develop fresh content ideas and engagement initiatives.
Plan and execute marketing communication across email, WhatsApp and other channels.
Manage webinars and events end-to-end, including planning, communication, coordination and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for timely execution.
Track marketing performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Create audience-specific content using AI and other marketing tools.
Maintain marketing calendars, trackers and reports.
Ensure high attention to detail and quality across all marketing communication.
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects with minimal supervision.
