Role & responsibilities:

CRM Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel CRM campaigns across Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, SMS/RCS, and In-App channels for retention, reactivation, and conversions.

Marketing Automation: Manage event triggers, user attributes, customer journeys, and automated workflows using platforms such as MoEngage, CleverTap, or WebEngage.

AI & MarTech: Identify and implement AI and MarTech tools to improve campaign automation, personalization, content, and audience segmentation.

Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Category, Product, Growth, Content, and Design teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.

Experimentation & Optimization: Drive A/B and multivariate testing across messaging, creatives, audience segments, and campaign timing to improve performance.

Quality & Execution: Ensure error-free campaign deployment through thorough QA of audience segments, links, personalization, content, and creatives.

Campaign Analytics: Monitor deliverability, CTR, conversion, engagement, and incremental revenue,



using insights to improve campaign performance and channel health.

Preferred candidate profile:

Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in CRM execution, growth marketing, digital marketing deployment, or marketing technology roles.

Platform Proficiency: Direct hands-on expertise with enterprise-level customer engagement platforms(e.g., MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, Braze, or similar).

Technical & Analytical Aptitude: Robust comfort with logic-based segmentation, event tracking logic, and data analysis. High motivation and willingness to learn technical skills (e.g., SQL, basic HTML/CSS,

webhooks).

Obsession with Perfection: A relentless attention to detail with zero tolerance for broken links,grammatical flaws, or deployment misconfigurations.

Driven & Adaptable Mindset: Proactive self-starter eager to pioneer AI adoption, manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders smoothly and thrive in a quick-paced workplace.
