Roles and Responsibilities
Process SIPs, Lump Sum transactions, NACH mandates, UCC creation, KYC documentation, and other related tasks.
Manage back office operations for mutual fund schemes on BSE STAR MF platform.
Ensure timely settlement of trades and reconciliations with CAMS/KFinTech systems.
Maintain accurate records in MS Excel and adhere to compliance requirements under NISM VA certification.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries from clients or intermediaries.
