Area Business Manager – Band 3A

Job Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard Agency Business Partners (Agents).
Build and manage a robust agency distribution network.
Train, guide, and motivate Agents to achieve business targets.
Drive Life Insurance sales through the agency channel.
Conduct field visits and meet Agents and customers as required.
Monitor team performance and achieve premium and business targets.
Support Agents in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including claim-related support.
Use digital and technology-based tools for sales management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and business ethics.

Requirements:
Valuable communication and networking skills.




Robust team management and training skills.
Target-oriented and achievement-driven.
Willingness to travel and work in a field role.
Sales/Insurance/Business Development experience will be an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
