We are looking for a responsible and organized Back Office Executive to manage daily administrative work, data entry, documentation, records, and coordination with internal teams. The candidate should have positive computer knowledge and basic communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records.
Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, reports, and documents.
Handle office documentation and filing.
Update customer, candidate, and company records.
Coordinate with internal departments for daily activities.
Handle emails, calls, and routine office communication.
Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, or other documents as required.
Maintain proper physical and digital records.




Follow up on pending documents and information.
Assist the team with administrative and operational activities.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Good typing and data-entry skills.
Basic email and internet knowledge.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Freshers can apply.
Candidates with back-office, data-entry, administration, or office coordination experience will be preferred.

Salary depending on experience and skills.
