Position Overview

We are looking for a responsible and organized Accounts & Customer Follow-up Executive to join our team at Viman Nagar, Pune. The role involves day-to-day computer work, accounting support, email communication, and customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Handle MS Office applications, documentation, and data entry.

Draft and manage skilled emails and routine correspondence.

Make customer follow-up calls and coordinate regarding enquiries, services, payments, and requirements.

Maintain customer records and follow-up status.

Handle basic day-to-day accounting activities and documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams and customers as required.

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Eligibility For Freshers – ₹15,000 to ₹20,000/month

Graduate in B.Com / BBA / any relevant field.





Positive computer knowledge, especially MS Excel, Word, and Email.

Good communication and basic customer-handling skills.

Willingness to make customer follow-up calls.

Tally knowledge/exposure will be an advantage.

Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.

For Experienced Candidates – ₹20,000 to ₹25,000/month

Prior experience in accounts and office administration.

Strong practical knowledge of accounting and related documentation.

Good working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.

Experience in customer follow-ups/telecalling will be preferred.

Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
