Office Staff – Billing & Clerical Operations Job Location: Cheranelloor, Kochi Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month Experience: Minimum 2 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Staff to handle billing, documentation, data entry, and other day-to-day clerical and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with positive computer knowledge and relevant office experience.

Key Responsibilities Prepare invoices, bills, quotations and other office documents. Handle day-to-day billing and clerical activities. Enter and maintain data accurately in computer systems. Maintain files, records and other documentation.

Handle basic correspondence, emails and office communication. Coordinate with internal departments for billing and documentation requirements. Assist with accounts-related documentation and routine office work.





Maintain proper records of invoices, payments and other transactions. Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant office experience . Valuable knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word and general computer operations .

Experience in billing and documentation is preferred. SAP knowledge/experience is an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary &
