KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Business/Functional Heads and RLs to identify performance and capability gaps.
Convert business problems into measurable Learning & Capability interventions.
Establish baseline, target and expected business outcome before every major intervention.
Design and execute technical, functional, behavioral and leadership development programs

Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, Rail, Commissioning and Support functions.
Build Role/Skill Competency Matrices and identify critical skill gaps.




Drive on-the-job application, manager validation and post-training performance improvement.
Establish L&;D ROI and Business Impact measurement covering productivity, quality, rework, delivery, cost, time-to-

competency and other relevant KPIs.
Build internal capability through SMEs, internal trainers, knowledge sharing and structured learning journeys.
Manage external training/vendor investments based on business need, expected impact and ROI.
Publish a monthly L&D; Business Impact Dashboard and present quarterly outcomes to management.
