Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to drive our B2C sales across Pan India. The Associate Director – Sales will be responsible for leading regional teams, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market presence. This role requires strong leadership, proven sales expertise, and the ability to manage large-scale operations while ensuring consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities :

· Lead and manage B2C sales operations across Pan India.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

· Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams across multiple regions.

· Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through effective sales initiatives.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.

· Travel extensively across India as per business requirements.

Requirements:

· Minimum 14+ years of experience in B2C sales, with a proven track record of revenue generation.





· Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience in handling large, diverse teams.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.

· Willingness to travel extensively across Pan India.

· Based out of Bangalore, reporting to the Director – Sales.

Pay: ₹5,000,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
