About the Role
Natureland Organics is looking for a detail-oriented Certification Executive to manage organic certifications, compliance documentation, audits, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of organic standards and experience in certification-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage organic certification processes, renewals, and documentation.
Coordinate audits, inspections, and corrective action plans.
Maintain certification records, compliance reports, and traceability documentation.
Ensure compliance with NPOP, NOP, and EU organic certification standards.
Manage label, logo, and certification compliance.
Handle TC applications and certification-related processes.




Coordinate with certification agencies and internal departments.
Requirements
Experience in Organic Food Certification, Quality Assurance, or Compliance.
Knowledge of NPOP, NOP, and EU organic standards.
Experience handling TC applications and certification documentation.
Robust documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
Understanding of audits and inspection procedures.
Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities.
