Job Summary

Glorified Orthotech is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to drive sales growth, strengthen distributor networks, and build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals across the assigned territory. The role focuses on promoting orthopaedic implants, instruments, and related products while ensuring consistent market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned area
Develop and manage relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals, distributors, and dealers
Conduct regular hospital visits, surgeon meetings, and product demonstrations
Appoint, train, and manage distributors and channel partners
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Support surgeries and product usage when required
Ensure timely collection of payments and coordinate with accounts team
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans
Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Science/Life Sciences preferred)




1–2 years of experience in orthopaedic / medical device sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Self-motivated with strong target-orientation
Knowledge of orthopaedic products and hospital sales process is an advantage
