What we are looking for
Resource planning as per customer schedule(short term and long term) Man power, Machine, Consumables
Monthly departmental objectives/KPI tracking and making action plan for the reduction of KPI’s which are out of target for all white collars.
Liaisoning with purchase department for the maintaining safety stock of raw material and consumables.
Involvement in New Product Development
Ensure goal deployment within organization in line with plant objective.
Solid knowledge of Hard coat coating Process
Strong knowledge of Anti-Fog Coating Process
Solid knowledge of Base Coat Painting Process
Surface Preparation & Pretreatment
