Prepare RA Bills and client bills based on actual site measurements.
Handle Government Department billing and bill submission.
Prepare and maintain Measurement Books (MB), measurement sheets and abstract sheets.
Check BOQ quantities, executed quantities and balance quantities.
Prepare quantity take-offs and quantity reconciliation.
Prepare Extra Item, Non-Schedule Item and Deviation Statements.
Carry out rate analysis using applicable HSR/SOR or project rates.
Verify contractor/subcontractor bills.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, QS, Accounts and consultants.
Check measurements and supporting documents before bill submission.
Track work executed vs. work billed.
Maintain proper billing records and supporting documents.
Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate for correction.
Assist in final bill preparation and project quantity reconciliation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
