Key Responsibilities:
Process and accept transactions in accordance with the prescribed operational guidelines.
Ensure strict adherence to transaction time-stamping guidelines.
Ensure timely resolution of QRC cases and conduct outbound calls as per the defined service standards.
Provide operational support to the Sales team, including brokerage structure assistance, distributor empanelment support, outbound calling for NFO campaigns, and other sales-related activities.
Manage branch administration, including processing vendor invoices and branch-related expenses.
Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, new features, notices, circulars, and addendums, and ensure their effective implementation.
Reprocess and resolve Not in Positive Order (NIGO) applications within the defined turnaround time.

Qualification Criteria:
1+ Years of Experience in Branch Operations with Mutual Fund company or RTA or MFD
Graduate or Post-Graduate
NISM Series V A certified
