About the Role: This is a hands-on field marketing position suitable for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, local promotions, and working closely with retail store teams. Uniforms(T-shirts)- will be provided as well.

Job Responsibilities
Execute BTL and on-ground promotional activities to increase brand awareness and store walk-ins.
Perform regular field work in and around assigned store locations.
Distribute pamphlets, flyers, and promotional materials to potential customers.
Coordinate with Look Walkers and other promotional staff for smooth execution of activities.
Interact with potential customers and guide them towards the store.
Assist with delivery of products to customers when required.




Support the store team with promotional and operational activities as needed.
Provide regular updates on completed BTL activities.

Candidate Requirements
6 months–2 years of experience in BTL Marketing, Field Marketing, Promotions, Retail, or Sales.
Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, presentable, responsible, and customer-friendly.
Willing to handle versatile responsibilities based on business requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
