We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Qualified with 10+ years of experience in the Cement or TMT industry, with Cement industry experience preferred. The ideal candidate should have robust exposure to the Moradabad market and an established network of dealers, distributors, engineers, contractors, and masons.

Qualification
Graduation is mandatory.
MBA in Marketing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and appoint a robust and reliable dealer/distributor network to ensure effective market penetration and distribution.
Maintain and expand the dealer base by coaching and mentoring Sales Officers/Field Executives.
Enroll and engage influencers such as engineers, contractors, and masons through regular meets and events.




Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and increase market penetration of Primary and Secondary TMT Bars.
Ensure optimum utilization of CRM/IT platforms for effective customer engagement and interaction.
Prepare and maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSRs) and present them to senior management.
Coordinate with Logistics and Accounts teams for smooth material movement and timely payments.
Identify market trends, resolve issues, conduct audits, and implement improvements in the sales system.
Achieve area sales objectives through effective targeting, planning, and sales forecasting.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
