We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Inventory Executive to handle barcoding, stock management, billing entries, and daily operational trackers. The candidate should have hands-on experience with APX Billing Software (Billing) and robust documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage product barcodes accurately
Handle stock purchase entries in APX Billing (Billing)
Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy
Prepare and update daily and weekly trackers
Perform DO (Delivery Order) checking
Verify and cross-check invoices with purchase and stock records
Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, and operations team
Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in APX Billing Software
Knowledge of billing, inventory, and stock management
Valuable command over MS Excel (trackers, reports)
Basic understanding of purchase, invoices, and DO process
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
