Panacorp Software Solutions is hiring Business Development Analysts to support client acquisition and business growth. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with excellent communication skills, a client-oriented mindset, and an interest in sales and business development.
Key responsibilities
Identify and connect with prospective clients through outbound calls.
Explain the company's research and technical services professionally.
Generate leads and maintain accurate client records.
Follow up with potential clients and schedule discussions.
Update daily sales activities using Excel and CRM tools.
Work closely with the business development team to achieve targets.
Eligibility
Any bachelor's or master's degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Solid English communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Interest in sales, client handling, and business development.
Preferred skills Business development, lead generation, client communication, cold calling, inside sales, negotiation, CRM, Microsoft Excel, relationship management, time management.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
