About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage billing, payments, and related front-desk activities at our veterinary hospital. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a hospital environment and, importantly, should be comfortable and friendly around animals.

Key Responsibilities (Rough)
Generate accurate invoices for consultations, procedures, medicines, diagnostics, surgeries, and other hospital services.
Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
Maintain daily billing and payment records.
Coordinate with doctors, reception, pharmacy, and other hospital teams regarding billing requirements.
Explain invoices and payment details clearly to pet parents.




Process refunds, adjustments, and discounts as per hospital policies.
Maintain proper documentation and assist with daily/monthly billing reports.
Ensure accuracy of billing entries and minimize billing discrepancies.
Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
Maintain a clean, organized, and skilled billing/front-desk area.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, preferably in a hospital, clinic, veterinary hospital, pharmacy, or healthcare environment.
Basic knowledge of billing software and MS Excel
Positive numerical and computer skills.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work rotating shifts.
Animal-friendly
