Fibro Foods is looking for an energetic and food-passionate Business Development Associate to grow its Ready-to-Cook and Ready-to-Eat product business across the HoReCa and foodservice sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, caterers and distributors
Present products, arrange samples and demonstrate culinary applications
Understand customer requirements and identify current business opportunities
Build relationships with chefs, owners, purchase teams and distributors
Follow up on leads and convert business opportunities into sales
Collect market feedback and support recent-product development
Maintain customer and sales-activity records

Genuine passion for food, cooking and culinary innovation




Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive, energetic and willing to learn
Comfortable with customer meetings, sales calls and follow-ups
Interested in ingredients, flavours and food applications
Willing to travel for customer visits when required
Comfortable working in a growing, entrepreneurial business
Fresh graduates with MBA with the right attitude are encouraged to apply

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
