Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day plant maintenance activities to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Handle maintenance of reactors, pumps, agitators, centrifuges, dryers, gearboxes, valves, pipelines, and other process equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment breakdowns and minimize plant downtime.
Conduct RCA for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Plan and execute shutdown and major maintenance activities.
Coordinate with Production, EHS, vendors, and contractors for maintenance requirements.
Manage maintenance spares, equipment records, and maintenance reports.
Supervise and guide maintenance technicians and team members.
Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures and maintenance standards.
