Responsibilities
Contact customers and prospects through phone calls.
Explain property details, pricing, and project features to interested customers.
Follow up with customers regarding property inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
Maintain qualified relationships with clients.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Work closely with the sales team to support property bookings and sales.




Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Requirements
Plus Two
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Malayalam fluency is mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
