Associate Manager Compensation & Advantages (US Benefits)

Role & Responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to manage end-to-end compensation and benefits operations with a strong focus on US Compensation & Benefits programs for a leading MNC company at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra location.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing annual compensation review cycles, merit increases, salary revisions, and bonus programs.
Supporting year-end compensation planning and execution activities.
Administering employee benefits programs including 401(k), COBRA, Healthcare, Welfare, Dental, and Vision Benefits.
Coordinating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of compensation and benefits processes.
Performing compensation analysis, data validation, reporting, and audit activities.
Managing employee advantage enrollments, reporting, compliance, and vendor coordination.
Leading and mentoring team members while driving operational excellence and process improvements.
Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile
11+ years of experience in Compensation & Advantages,



Total Rewards, or HR Operations.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in US Compensation & Benefits programs.
