We are looking for driven and detail-oriented Business Analysts to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving product implementations for our Lending solutions. You will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop a robust understanding of lending products and gain in-depth knowledge of Stitch’s solutions.
Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients and translate business needs into explicit, structured documentation such as Business Solution Documents (BSDs), user stories, test cases, etc.
Work closely with the technology team to ensure accurate knowledge transfer and alignment on implementation plans.
Act as the single point of contact for the customer throughout the implementation lifecycle, owning timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)



– including training end-users and guiding them through the UAT process.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth go-live.

What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience in at least one of the following:

o Digital Lending / LOS / LMS o Core Banking / Ledgers / Deposits o Cards & Payments / Transaction platforms
Fundamental understanding of credit workflows, financial calculations, reporting requirements, and integration-heavy environments.
Exposure to Islamic financing or Arabic language capability is an advantage.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and a drive to learn
A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
