About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join a growing IT & Software Development company.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT Business Development,
Lead Generation and International Client Handling, with experience using platforms such as Upwork, PeoplePerHour and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through Upwork, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn & other platforms
Identify potential clients and software development opportunities
Prepare customized proposals according to client requirements
Communicate and build relationships with international clients
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into projects
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical team
Maintain and update the sales pipeline
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets

Requirements




1–2 years of experience in IT Business Development / Lead Generation
Hands-on experience with Upwork, PeoplePerHour & LinkedIn
Excellent English communication skills – written & verbal
Experience dealing with international clients
Strong proposal writing, negotiation and follow-up skills
Basic understanding of Web, Mobile, SaaS, AI or UI/UX development is a plus
Graduate in any relevant field preferred
Self-motivated and target-oriented
