KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Connect with students/prospects through calls, WhatsApp and other channels
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses/programs
Generate leads and convert prospects into enrollments
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Achieve monthly admission/enrollment and revenue targets
Build robust relationships with students and parents
Maintain accurate lead and sales records
Work closely with the counselling and academic teams to improve conversions

01–04 Years Experience:
Prior experience in EdTech / Education Sales / Inside Sales / Student Counselling preferred
Experience in selling courses, training programs or educational products is highly valued
Proven ability to handle leads, follow-ups and conversions
Strong understanding of sales targets and customer engagement

Education/EdTech Sales experience
Excellent verbal communication
Strong convincing & negotiation skills
Target-driven mindset
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
Ability to convert leads into enrollments
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
