We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help grow our client base in app development and WhatsApp Business automation services. This is a outstanding chance for someone early in their sales career to build a robust foundation in IT services sales, with real earning potential through commission on closed deals.

Key Responsibilities
Generate outbound leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling — targeting healthcare, pharma, and small-to-mid-sized businesses that need app development or WhatsApp automation solutions
Manage and follow up on inbound leads and referrals
Prepare and follow up on client proposals alongside the leadership team
Conduct basic discovery calls to understand client requirements before looping in the technical team
Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline tracker (spreadsheet or tool-based)

Qualifications
Graduate in any stream (business/marketing background preferred, not mandatory)




6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or business development — IT services/software background preferred; telecom or insurance sales background also considered
Comfortable communicating with clients in English and Hindi
Basic understanding of technology is a plus, not required

Compensation
Fixed salary: ₹30,000–35,000 per month
Attractive commission structure on closed deals

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
