Business Development Executive to support the growth of new business opportunities in the Industrial, Transportation, and Energy sectors. The role will focus on market research, lead generation, account mapping, and customer engagement, working closely with the Business Development Manager to expand the companys presence with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and technology companies.

The candidate will play a key role in identifying prospects, supporting proposal preparation, and building early-stage customer relationships.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Market Research
Identify potential target customers and new business opportunities in Industrial, Transportation, and Energy sectors.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
Develop and maintain a database of target accounts, key contacts, and decision makers.
Customer Outreach
Initiate contact with potential customers through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and introductory meetings.
Support the Business Development Manager in scheduling customer meetings and follow-ups.
Assist in building relationships with engineering managers, sourcing teams,



and technical stakeholders.
Chance Development
Support the qualification of current leads and opportunities.
Assist in RFQ/RFP tracking, documentation, and proposal preparation.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical inputs for proposals.
Account Support
Support the Business Development Manager in managing strategic accounts and customer interactions.
Maintain CRM records, prospect pipeline, and customer engagement activities.
Marketing & Events Support
Assist in preparing presentations, capability decks, and marketing materials.
Support participation in industry exhibitions, webinars, and customer visits.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with engineering, solution teams, and marketing teams to support business development activities.
Track customer requirements and follow-up actions.

JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics).
MBA (Marketing / Strategy) is preferred.
3+ Years relevant experience.
