About the Role

nDelhi Public School, Sector 67A, Gurugram is seeking a agile and experienced Cambridge Program Coordinator to lead the implementation and delivery of the Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level programmes. The role involves providing academic leadership, ensuring curriculum excellence, supporting teachers, and maintaining compliance with Cambridge International standards.

nKey Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the implementation of Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level programmes.
n
Ensure effective curriculum planning, delivery, assessment, and quality assurance.
n
Mentor and support teachers in Cambridge pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment practices.
n
Coordinate curriculum reviews, lesson observations, and academic audits.
n
Monitor student performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Liaise with Cambridge International and manage all related documentation and compliance requirements.
n




Organize career development programmes and training for faculty.
n
Work closely with school leadership to strengthen academic standards and student outcomes.
n

nEligibility & Experience

n

n
Master's Degree in a relevant discipline; B.Ed. preferred.
n
Proven experience within the Cambridge International curriculum framework.
n
Currently serving as a Cambridge Coordinator in an established Cambridge school or
n
An experienced Senior Teacher/Academic Leader aspiring to move into a curriculum leadership role.
n
Solid understanding of Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level programmes.
n
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.
