Supervising all Civil related activities throughout the business park.

Coordinating all activities within Civil/Technical/Projects/Operations/Maintenance/ Procurement Streams throughout the park

Daily briefing and review meetings with the Manager and the team for regular/scheduled activities and operational issues

Daily campus rounds for monitoring Civil activities and incident reports.

Handling and resolving client complaints in coordination with Management.

Analyse survey reports, test reports, maps, drawings, and other data by undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigation to plan projects.

Calculating and understanding project costs, government regulations, potential environmental hazards, and other factors in planning stages and risk analysis.

Compile and submit permit applications to local and state agencies verifying that projects comply with various regulations

Tracking and following up of civil work deployed to vendors till closure like Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing, Masonry, Welding etc.

Check and analyse building material samples such as concrete, asphalt and steel for use in particular project.



Ensuring material and equipment purchases and deliveries.

Provide cost estimates for materials, equipment, or labour to determine a project's economic feasibility

Compiling and reviewing job specifications, drafting BOQS and supervising tendering procedures.

Follow-up with vendor/project for timely closure of jobs and coordination for work permits at client location.

Managing budgets and project resources and ensuring projects run smoothly and are completed within budget and stipulated timeframe.

Making Sang-list and walk-through reports and coordinating with various stakeholders for corrective actions.

Ensuring the OHS aspects implementation among the team, projects works and external vendors compliance.

Own and analyze incidents when they occur. Identify the root cause and ensure mitigation are taken to prevent the same

Knowledge on energy management system.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
