We're looking for a driven Business Development professional to grow our MEP Turnkey Projects business — someone who can open doors, build lasting client relationships, and close deals that matter.

What You'll Do
Identify and pursue current business prospects in MEP design, SITC, and turnkey projects
Build and manage relationships with clients, infrastructure and commercial project stakeholders,



and key decision-makers
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit revenue targets
Research market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and sales contracts
Negotiate and close deals with mutually beneficial outcomes
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
Track sales metrics and report on market trends to senior management
Stay current on industry developments and share insights that shape strategy

What You'll Bring
Master's degree in Business or a related field
3–4 years of business development/sales experience in the MEP Turnkey Projects industry
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Robust communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Willingness to travel as needed
