Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our agile team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in staffing and recruitment business development, a solid understanding of the India or UAE market, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their staffing needs.
Develop customized staffing solutions to meet client requirements and exceed their expectations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates and timely staffing services.




Negotiate and close business deals while adhering to company policies and profitability goals.
Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.
Stay updated on labor laws and market trends in India or UAE to provide expert advice to clients.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in business development within the staffing and recruitment industry.
A strong network of clients and decision-makers in the UAE market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
