JOB TITLE: CIVIL ENGINEER – STP PROJECT

Project: Upgradation of Existing Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs)

Salary: 60,000.00 to 70,000.00 INR Per Month

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to support the upgradation and construction works of existing Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs). The candidate will be responsible for supervising civil construction activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with project teams to complete works as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor civil construction and upgradation works at STP sites.
Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor excavation, concrete works, foundations, structural works, masonry, plastering, and other civil activities.




Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure required quality standards are maintained.
Prepare and maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and other project documentation.
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and site regulations.
Monitor work progress and report any delays or deviations to the project management team.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2–3 years of GCC experience in civil construction works.
Hands-on experience in civil construction and site supervision.
Previous experience in STP / WWTP construction or upgradation is preferred.
Positive knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and site activities.
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
