Fin Maverick is an edtech company running NISM certification prep and project-based programmes across investing, markets, and financial analysis. We sell directly to learners (B2C) and partner with colleges, coaching institutes, communities and corporates (B2B).

We are a small team: everyone works across functions, and this role sits close to the founders.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline building: Build and own a pipeline of colleges, T&P; cells, coaching institutes, student communities, and corporates for our NISM prep programmes, from first outreach to signed partnership.
Campus sales: Pitch T&P; cells, department heads and student bodies on bulk seats, co-branded NISM batches, workshops and placement-linked prep cohorts.
Corporate sales: Reach brokers, mutual fund distributors, AMCs, banks and fintechs whose teams need NISM certifications; structure bulk-seat and L&D; deals with their HR and compliance teams.
Meetings and closures: Run discovery calls, campus visits, and product walkthroughs; send proposals, handle objections, and negotiate terms with support from the founders.
Account management:



Stay close to signed partners, coordinate batch delivery with the ops team, and grow accounts through renewals, upsells, and referrals.
CRM discipline: Log every lead, stage, follow-up, and closure; report pipeline, forecasts, and conversion numbers weekly.
Market intelligence: Track competing prep providers, institutional pricing and seasonal demand cycles; feed what you learn back into pitch and pricing decisions.
