Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor (Elevator & Escalator Projects) Railway Project

Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: 0 to 5 years of hands-on site experience

Key Responsibilities:

Elevator Groundwork:
Verify lift shafts and pits according to technical drawings and dimensions.
Ensure proper pit depth, concrete work, and effective waterproofing.
Inspect structural reaction points, beams, and anchor bolt markings required for installation.

Escalator Groundwork:
Prepare escalator trenches and truss support points as per civil engineering plans.
Verify load-bearing capacities and structural support points with the engineering team.

Site Management & Supervision:
Supervise contractors and daily labor activities in office.




Align civil works with vendor-specific guidelines and structural dimensions.
Enforce safety protocols and standards across the project site.
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to track execution milestones.

Required Skills:
Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D civil and structural drawings.
In-depth understanding of lift shafts, pit waterproofing, and reinforcement techniques.
Robust leadership to manage laborers, masons, and technical vendors effectively.
* Problem-solving skills to address on-site structural discrepancies quickly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
