We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation Prospecting: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Pitching Closing Deals: Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients. Negotiate terms and close agreements.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to align sales efforts and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Reporting Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline,



and performance reports for senior management.

Qualifications Skills
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
36 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Industry knowledge in All Sectors Startups MSMEs
