Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development and revenue growth for catering and corporate food services.

Identify and acquire new corporate clients, institutions, events, and large catering contracts.

Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and business partners.

Generate leads through networking, market visits, references, and corporate outreach.

Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations, contracts, and pricing.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding and handover to operations.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.

Conduct market research and identify current business opportunities and emerging trends.

Maintain sales pipeline, MIS, client records, and regular business reports.

Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and escalations professionally.





Develop strategies to increase repeat business, client retention, and account value.

Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in catering, hospitality,

corporate catering, institutional catering, or food services.

Strong network and proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-

management skills.

Solid commercial understanding with the ability to close high-value deals.

Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently handling senior-level clients.

Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru corporate and hospitality market will be an advantage.
