About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Company Secretary / Assistant Manager – CS to manage corporate governance, statutory compliance, and secretarial activities while supporting key corporate and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements in India and relevant foreign jurisdictions.
Act as a key point of contact for the Board of Directors on corporate governance matters.
Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
Draft, review, and manage legal documents, agreements, and corporate filings.
Manage secretarial audits and coordinate with regulatory authorities, stock exchanges, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with global subsidiaries and ensure compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.




Support M&A;, IPOs, and other strategic corporate transactions from a compliance perspective.
Mentor and supervise the secretarial team and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) / Inter CS from ICSI.
5–8 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with an IT company, MNC, or organization with global operations.
Solid knowledge of Corporate Laws, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and global compliance requirements.
Experience in Board management, corporate governance, and statutory filings.
Ability to independently handle complex compliance and governance matters.
Exposure to global corporate governance frameworks and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
Experience with publicly listed companies or IT MNCs is preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
