Mandatory skills : 8+ years of overall experience in Oracle Financials, including hands-on experience in Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS) and Oracle Fusion Financials implementations on large-scale ERP transformation programs.

Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS).

Lead business requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design for enterprise accounting and subledger accounting processes.

Strong understanding of enterprise accounting architecture, source system integrations, accounting transformations, and centralized accounting using Oracle AHCS.

Experience designing accounting transformations for multiple upstream systems, including ERP, Core Banking, Payment Platforms, Treasury, Loan Systems, Cards, and third-party applications.

Strong knowledge of Subledger Accounting (SLA),



accounting derivation rules, and integration with Oracle Fusion General Ledger.

Experience in reconciliation between source systems, AHCS, and General Ledger to ensure accounting accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with integration, reporting, and technical teams to define inbound interfaces, file specifications, REST/SOAP APIs, and accounting data validation processes.

Define and document business process flows, BR100 documents, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Interface Design Documents (IDDs), and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).

Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or other highly regulated enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of accounting controls, audit requirements, financial compliance, and SOX regulations.

Support data migration, SIT, UAT, production deployment, reconciliation, and hypercare activities.

Robust stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and consulting skills across business and technology teams.

Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
