Role Description The Operations Manager – Interior Design will oversee daily studio operations, ensuring projects move efficiently from design development through production, installation, and handover.

This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad includes coordinating between designers, production teams, vendors, and clients to maintain timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include managing project schedules, resource allocation, procurement, and logistics for furniture and interior fit-outs.

The role also involves implementing and refining processes, monitoring execution at sites, resolving operational issues, and supporting leadership with reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Operations Manager will help uphold the firm’s commitment to minimalist, high-quality design and a smooth, professional client experience.

Qualifications





- Strong project and operations management skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in interior design, furniture manufacturing, or related construction/fit-out environments, with understanding of materials and execution processes.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, with proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Sound budgeting, cost control, and procurement capabilities, with attention to contracts and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, including project tracking, reporting, and use of productivity or project management tools.
- Transparent and professional communication skills, with the ability to brief teams, interact with clients, and resolve issues promptly.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in an operations or project management role within the design or built environment sector is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad, with flexibility to visit project locations and manufacturing facilities as needed.
