Operations Mumbai1–3 years The Catalogue Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's online and offline product catalogues. This role ensures that all product information — descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and categorization — is accurate, up to date, and optimized for a seamless customer experience across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities
Upload, update, and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (company website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Ensure product details (title, description, attributes, pricing, SKU, etc.) are accurate and consistent
Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, marketing, design, sales) to collect and verify product information
Optimize product content for SEO and customer engagement
Manage and maintain product images, videos, and digital assets as per brand guidelines
Track and report errors, discrepancies, or missing information in product listings
Monitor competitor catalogues to benchmark and improve listing quality




Assist in product categorization and taxonomy alignment
Maintain product lifecycle data including current launches, delistings, and updates
Support promotional campaigns by ensuring catalogue readiness and data accuracy

Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools
Familiarity with CMS or marketplace portals (Shopify, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, etc.) is preferred
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
