Experience: 3–8 Years

Key Responsibilities & Skills:
3D parametric part design in CATIA V5 / 3DX for HVAC and plastic injection-molded parts
Parametric 3D modeling using constrained sketches and Boolean operations
Experience with Inner/Outer methodology
Product structure development using Multi-Skeleton methodology
Detailed part design following DFM & DFA standards
Creation of 2D drawings / 3D FTA for series production
Detailed drawings with GD&T;,
considering manufacturing processes and measurement techniques
Tolerance Stack-up analysis using 3DCS DVM/VA
Experience with PLM / Data Management
Looking for: Candidates with hands-on experience in CATIA V5, Plastic Product Design, Injection Molding, GD&T;, DFM/DFA and 3DCS.
