Broadening knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups to execute policy/strategy. Still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills. Understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Positive understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.



Resolving issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters. Communicating with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and Company. Explains technical information to doctors.

Required Qualifications This role requires 2 plus years of experience in Sales & Clinical Sales. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
