Role Description The Business Development Manager role at Brick Circle is a full-time, in office position based in Mohali district. The individual in this role will identify and pursue current business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with developers, channel partners, and buyers, and support the expansion of Brick Circle’s network.

Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Manager will also analyze market trends,



provide feedback on customer needs, and contribute to strategic plans that strengthen Brick Circle’s presence in the real estate market.

Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within real estate or related sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop actionable insights to support growth strategies.
Comfort with presentations, networking events, and client-facing activities, including in-person meetings and site visits.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools, basic proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity software, and willingness to learn recent platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
Knowledge of the local real estate market in Mohali district or surrounding areas is an advantage.
