JOB DESCRPTION

Position: Business Head

Location: Belagavi, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities
Lead overall sales and business development
Develop current customers and key accounts
Manage and motivate the sales team
Drive monthly and annual revenue targets
Strengthen dealer/customer relationships
Identify new business opportunities across North Karnataka
Monitor collections, profitability and overall business performance

Preferred Candidate:

Engineering / MBA background with strong experience in Construction Equipment, DG Sets, Industrial Equipment, Automobile, Mining or Capital Equipment Sales. Leadership experience and valuable knowledge of the North Karnataka market will be preferred.

We are looking for a leader with strong ownership, customer focus and a growth mindset.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
