About the Role

BuildMyInfra (BMI) is looking for a Business Development Manager – MEP Project Sales to drive new business opportunities for our MEP, SITC and Turnkey Projects .

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in B2B project sales and business development who can identify potential clients, build relationships with decision-makers and convert project opportunities into business.

What You'll Do
Identify and generate recent business opportunities for MEP & Turnkey Projects
Develop relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, facility teams and corporate clients
Generate leads through market research, networking, references and direct outreach
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client meeting, proposal, negotiation and closure
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical/estimation teams to prepare suitable proposals
Handle commercial discussions, negotiations and project enquiries
Develop business across warehouses, retail, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates




Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business

What We're Looking For
3–6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Project Sales
Experience in MEP, EPC, HVAC, Electrical, Turnkey Projects or Infrastructure
Solid B2B sales and client acquisition experience
Experience dealing with commercial/project stakeholders and decision-makers
Exposure to SITC, BOQ, estimation, tendering or turnkey projects will be an advantage
Robust communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Proven ability to generate leads and close business
Target-oriented and comfortable with client meetings and business travel
