Role Description The Cafe Manager / Shift Manager is a full time, on-site role based at Greedys Cafe in Vasant Vihar. This role oversees daily cafe operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures, staff coordination, and ensuring smooth service.

Responsibilities include guiding and supporting team members, managing customer flow, handling guest inquiries or concerns, monitoring food and beverage quality, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The role also involves managing cash handling, basic inventory checks,



and contributing to sales initiatives and upselling at the counter. The manager is expected to lead by example, uphold cafe policies, and create a positive, efficient work environment.

Qualifications
Solid Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests and coordinate with team members.
Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including menu knowledge, hygiene standards, and basic preparation workflows.
Ability to support Sales activities, including upselling, promoting specials, and managing point-of-sale transactions accurately.
Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or retail supervisory role is preferred.
Comfort with handling cash, basic inventory tracking, and shift reports.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment, including peak hours and weekends.
Robust organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and reliability.
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or food service training is an advantage.
